Hm...ich denke mal dass da auf jeden Fall mit scharfzeichnungsfiltern und weichzeichnungsfiltern gearbeitet wurde.
Außerdem liegt auf dem Bild glaub ich ein Kontrast, z.B. s/w mit weniger deckkraft.
ich gehe auch davon aus, dass im nachhinein neue lichter draufgemalt wurden und sehr stark weichgezeichnet wurden.
