einfachste möglichkeit wäre wohl die form des herzes mit dem pfad tool ziehen und dann halt füllen, unten dann die stelle mit nem softbrush aufhellen, würde beim ebenenmodi auf "ineinanderkopieren" tippen
die "tentakel" sind vermutlich mit dem wischfinger entstanden
