Wenn du das rot-grüne meinst: Mit dem Filter Objektivkorrektur. Musst nur passend rumspielen.

Verscuhs mal mit dem Pfade tool, und das dann mit dem Pinseln nachfahren, Pinselspitze emulieren^^

Ich würds so machen:

Mit Auswahlwerkzeug den Strich auswählen.
Dann auf einer neuen Ebene die Auswahl weiß füllen.
Dann an den Enden mit einem Soft Brush radieren.

Falls du den "3-D Effekt" meinst, weiß ich es nicht. Aber gibt dazu ein Tut. Ist hier irgendwo, finde es nur nicht fröhlich
