Z-Index Problem (Flash)

Servus.

Ich habe ein Problem mit Z-Index mit einem Flashbild, seit Mittwoch suche ich die Lösung im Google und korrgierte lang. Doch klappt es nicht. Also das "untere" Flashbild liegt trotzdem ganz oben als das "obere" PNG-Bild. Sicher denkt ihr, ich habe "wmode" und "transparent" für Param vergessen, doch funktionieren die beidens nicht. Das Flashbild ist ein Image-Rotator von Jeroenwijering. Das Code sieht so aus:
