Das erinnert mich immer an OSX User, die mir ihren MAC anpreisen, und blabla sie müssen kein Windows benutzen, und dann läuft dauernd Parallels und Bootcamp...
du hastes auf dem punkt getroffen! find es ebefalls das imitieren absurd...
ja, man muss es halt richtig machen...deswegen auch meine Empfehlung, das in Absprache mit jemandem zu machen, der darin wirklich Ahnung hat. Aber wenn man es dann richtig macht, dann ist es auch gesund.
Ich habe mehrere Veganer in meinem Freundeskreis, die damit super klar kommen.
