You need 3 of the same rankings to gain that rank. (If you haven't received 3 of the same rankings are 7 days you will be given a ranking that equals the amount of ranks given divided by the same amount. For eg, if you are given 3 rankings, 2 of which are Inter and 1 of Novice, then you will be classed as Inter).

zum beispiel du bekommst 3 rankings 2 inter und 1 novice rank dann wirst du inter geclassed
