2. Passt zwar net ganz so zum ersten aber ich habe mich mal gefragt, wie das mit dem Copyright ist, ob mann einfach (bsp. Copyright by NeoX) hinschreiben kann, und dann gilt das auch rechtlich oder muss man es irgendwo anmelden z.B. wenn man ein eigenes HP Design zum download stellt?
wenn du eine homepage erstellst, reicht es soweit ich weiss rechtlich nicht aus, dich zum besitzer des ganzen zu machen - ein vollständiges Impressum schon.
Wenn du allerdings einfach nur nicht möchtest, dass deine Seite gerippt wird o.ä. reicht wohl ein copyright, und der besitz der originaldateien. ob du dann klagen kannst weiss ich nicht, aber du kannst die jeweilige homepage melden, es gibt so vereinigungen, die sich um sowas kümmern.
