Er hat nen Layer drüber gelegt mit Scanlines und die dann beim Layer ausradiert Rotes Gesicht

Edit:// Und wenn du leuchtenden Linien meinst, die auch durch Epic laufen, sind vermutlich von nem Effect Stock.
