Farben von beiden Versionen gefallen mir nicht so. Aber wenn, dann eher die erste.
An sich ist die Sig auch sehr groß, vllt kleiner machen.
Das Netz unten und der Fleck rechts gefallen mir nicht.

Die erste Version sieht ganz gut aus, allerdings stimme ich zu, dass der Fleck unten rechts ein wenig doof aussieht^^
Die zweite Version finde ich nicht sehr schönn... Das passt farblich überhaupt nicht und dieses Blau/Türkise sticht meiner Meinung auch zusehr ins Auge und passt auch nicht zu Spiderman, der ja bekanntlich rot ist und auch zu Spinnen passt es meiner Meinung nicht...
