Aspect Ratio ist falsch, oder sieht das nur durch diese Hosen so aus?
Frameblending /Smart Resample ausmachen, das sind die unhübschen Interframes.
Als was ist das exportiert? Die Qualität ist echt mies.
Tip: erst in ein lossless avi exportieren, dann mit einem externen tool komprimieren.

Ich find bei so Videos braucht es kaum bearbeitung. Einfach nur Farbkontraste ändern, damit du besser raussticht und man deine "Moves" erkennt. Es geht ja bei so Videos net über krasse Bearbeitung und geile Lichteffekte sondern um den Tanz und deine passion zu dem.
