Das Logo erinnert mich an Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. Ich glaube bei dieser Form und bei diesen Farben, wirst du sicherlich von Microsoft abgemahnt.

Jo, dachte ich auch anfangs. ^^
Die Farbübergänge solltest du weicher machen, Typo ist okay, aber naja, sonst noch etwas lw. ^^
