Nein, bei den meisten Bildern die hier angeboten werden, wie auch bei den Brushes usw ist es rechtliche Grauzone, das interessiert die Admins aber nicht.
zB erlischt auch bei einem unter GNU veröffentlichen Werk die Lizenz wenn die GNU nicht mitgeliefert wird.

Die Sachen von denen du weisst dass sie unter GNU oder Public Domain veröffentlicht sind und bei denen du weisst woher sie kommen. Deshalb benutze ich keine Stockimages die ich nicht selbst gesourct habe (sxc usw)
