also vieles was du vermutlich suchst findest du oft unter fotomanipulation
gibt auch hier ne kleine tut abteilung dazu
wenn du sonst genau schreibst was du wissen willst kann ich dir auch weiterhelfen
kp .. z.b. brüste grösser machen, bauch *fett weg* hautunreinheiten etc .. ist relativ leicht und einfach erklärt
wenn du aber z.b. nen zombie arm dran machen willst oder so (man weis ja nie) wird die sache schon aufwendiger das es natürlich ausschaut
