Da gibts viele Möglichkeite. Ich makier für gewöhnlich das ganze Bild (Strg+A) und dann mit dme Auswahlwerkzeug, Rechtsklick unf auf Kontur füllen. Dann Pixel Zahl angeben, Farbe einstellen und auf "Innen" stellen. Fertig ist der Boarder.
