Für Homepages erstellen reicht Photoshop meiner Meinung nach vollkommen aus.
Brauchst ja eigentlich nur ein Design zu entwerfen, welches dann später gecodet wird.
Also ich würde sagen du erstellst ersteinmal ein neues Dokument, wo du dich dann mit den verschiedenen Werkzeugen von Photoshop vertraut machst.
Dann guckst du dir hier Tutorials an, die die Grundlagen von Photoshop beschreiben.
fürs coden der seite reicht eigentlich auch der Texteditor. Wenn du noch nicht so große HTML kenntnisse hast(sollte man aber schon haben wenn man ne eigene Homepage macht)dann kannste auch ein WYSIWYG-Editor nehmen, wie Frontpage oder Dreamweaver. Da kannste das halt mehr oder weniger zusammen basteln
