Da steht Index.php XD.
Naja man kann dir nicht helfen wenn du den Fehler nicht korrigierst XD

Sieht so aus, als ob der versucht auf eine nicht vorhanden Datei zuzugreifen. Joa, stimmt ja au. deine Index is ne .php und keine .html.. außerdem ist sie in keinem unterverzeichnis.

die Fehlermeldung [...] line 1095 sagt dir, dass die Templatedatei index.html nicht gefunden wurde!
Diese Datei muss bzgl. dieser Fehlermeldung im Ordner index/ sein und auch index.html heißen.
Bei Smarty ist eigentlich der Standard-Templateorder templates, also falls du das nicht innerhalb der Smarty-Config geändert hast, ist klar, dass das Template dort auch nicht gefunden werden kann!
