also in meinem wbblite forum kann man irgendwie keinen avatar hochladen da kommt dann so ne fehlermeldung

Du lädst dir das wbblite bei http://mywbb.de neu runter und dann ersetzt du die usercp.php einfach ..
ich denke mal das dort nen Fehler drin ist wie auch hier steht :

oder du schreibst einfach mal, was in besagter datei in zeile 402 steht...

ok also entweder er kann das bild nicht temporär abspeichern (glaub ich eher nicht) was warscheinlicher ist ist das der pfad "./images/avatars/avatar-32.jpg" nicht existiert bzw. die verlinkung dorthin falsch ist.
wie ja auf englisch auch in der fehlermeldung steht ^.^
