Hallo ! Ich habe mein PC neu gemacht und XP drauf gemacht nun wollte ich Photoshop starten und ein PNG rein machen nun kam die Fehlermeldung : Da kommt eine Meldung : Der Vorgang konnte nicht ausgeführt werden , weil dieses Dokument nicht vom richtigen Typ ist. Ich bitte um Hilfeee danke
hast du das schonmal mit mehreren PNG´s probiert?
falls ja würd ich dir so als Noob sagen neuinstallieren ^^ aber wart erst mal ab was die anderen sagen
Photoshop mit einem anderen Programm verwechselt? (Paint, oso. :o )
Hast du die Neuinstallation von oben schon ausprobiert? Die selbe Setupdatei auf einem anderen Rechner (Vista, 7, XP oso) ausprobiert? Lief es dort?
Das liegt nicht an Photoshop oder an dir sondern an der Datei.
Ich tippe darauf,dass du eine Datei die zB jpg ist als .png von iwo gespeichert hast.
Ich würde dir raten das Bild wenn möglich neu zu speichern/laden.
Neuinstallation wird dich nicht weiterbringen wenn es das ist,was ich glaube.
ka hilft alles nix ich habe mehrere PNG´s aber ka ich hab paint net installiert dann ging es und übrigens ich hab photoshop portable
