hmm das einzige was ich dir empfehlen kann, die werkzeuge oder photoshop oder beides wieder auf standard zu setzen.
neuinstallation dürfte nix bringen, da dieses problem mit der konfiguration von photoshop zu tun hat und bei der neuinstallation die konfigurationsdatei nicht überschrieben wird. d.h das problem müsste bleiben. versuch wie gesagt mal ps wieder auf standard zurückzusetzen.
