Zero (in welcher schreibweise auch immer ) ist, denke ich mal, ein sehr beliebter nick
von mir aus kannste mal versuchen ihn anzuklagen xD
aber is doch halb so wild, kannst ihm ja mal ne pn schicken und ihn bitte den nick zu ändern, hier geht das ja.
Doch, das Recht ist da, bloß ist dies sehr teuer und absolut unnötig. Mach ein Unternehmen auf, nenne es wie deinen "Nicknamen" und melde darauf ein Patent an. Schon hast du keine Doppelgänger mehr, ansonsten kommste damit in einem Gericht durch.

I know...das nen Name Schützbar ist dazu ist keine GmbH oder geschweige die Eintragung in das Handelsrigister... Man kann Namen auch anders schützten, was aber hir nichts zu Sache tut
PS:Weissu überhaupt was ne Gmbh ist
