Den Background finde ich gut, der fügt sich schön ein. Auch die Gestaltung der News Headline gefällt mir gut. Was ich allerdings nicht gut finde ist der Header. Ich finde das erstmal das Stadtmotiv nicht zu den verwendeten Farben passt. Außerdem wurde i.wie zuviel mit den Effekten bzw. Filtern gespielt, das sieht nicht gut aus. Auch die "Zweiteilung" des Headers find ich eher ungünstig. Die Navi ist von der Idee nicht schlecht aber mMn etwas zu schlicht, ich weiß nicht ob die noch nen Mouseover bekommt aber da würd ich aufjedenfall noch was tun. Was ich auch noch ändern würde, wäre auch einen Bg unter dem Ende der Seite zu machen, das mit der bloßen Farbe wirkt nicht so gut.

Ich würde da mehr Pep reinbringen und eventuell eine andere Struktur.

Da es als Ref-System genutzt werden soll,muss es eine einfache struktur haben.
