Joa du musst es als .gif speichern.
Gegen die LQ kann man nicht viel machen. Kannst versuchen das Bild ein bisschen kleiner zu machen, hilft manchmal ein wenig.
Sonst kannste es auch mit Flash machen, aber das ist glaube ich zu aufwendig...
Es gibt ein sogenanntes apng (animated png) bei dem die Quali deutlich besser als bei gif ist, jedoch kann nich jeder Browser apngs darstellen und man kann die, soweit ich weiß, auch nur über ein komisches firefox plugin erstellen (kann mich auch täuschen).
Aber wenn du Animationen mit Photoshop machen willst, kommst du um gif nicht wirklich rum.
