Hallo ihr,
ich wollt nur wissen, ob es strafbar ist, wenn man Logo sowie YouTube nachmacht und einbisschen ändert.. zum Beispiel: YouChips statt YouTube, aber dafür genaugleiches Logoform, son mit rotem Box, wo Tube drin geschrieben ist.
Also soweit ich weiss ist es gloob ick strafbar, zumindestens haben alle großen seiten die es nachgemacht haben (ok, jetzt kommen doofe beispiele) - you.... bzw redtube beide ein anderes logo nach ner gewissen zeit gehabt, keine ahnung ob das jetzt dadurch kam das youtube sich ausgekackt hat oder ob die es freiwillig gemacht haben aber ich glaub der 1:1 nachbau wird nich gern gesehen ^^
kann mich aber auch irren, von daher ohne gewähr
