Licht effekte

Ich wollte mal fragen wie man am besten diese lichteffekte bei z.B. signaturen hinbekommt um die render einzuarbeiten.

Edit:Wäre auch hilfreich mir das beste programm vorzuschlagen lauf dann direkt zum Saturn ;D
