Ich arbeite nur mit Photoshop, würde deshalb auch das empfehlen.
Man muss manchmal evtl. mehrere Filter benutzen um auf ein Endergebnis zu kommen aber das ist finde ich kein Problem.
Vielleicht gibt es auch kleiner Filter-Only-Programme, aber kenne ich leider keins.
Aber wenn du Google den allmächtigen Guru befragst ,denke ich wird er dir nicht nur eine Antwort gewähren.^^
Es gibt keine Programme die auf Knopfdruck ein Picasso, Miro oder sonstwas Bild erzeugen. Selbst mit den mächtigen Filtern von PS musst du wissen was du da tust, und das Bild vor/nachbearbeiten um Ansatzweise den Look glaubhaft hinzubekommen.
