Auswahlellipse(bzw. voreingestellt ist das Auswahlrechteck) und dann Shift beim aufziehen der Auswahl gedrückt halten.

Ich noch eine Frage und zwar ich hab ein rechtecke Bild und möchte dieses Bild in denn Kreis haben, also diese bild soll denn ganzen kreis bedecken.

Was muss ich machen?

du öffnest das bild und machst eine auswahl in form eines kreises so groß wie du das bild halt haben möchtest.
dann ausschneiden (Strg+X)
Neues Dokument (Strg+N) mit transparentem Hintergrund.
Einfügen (Strg+V)
Speichern als PNG
