Kann mir jemand das Bild verkleinern?

       
Hi,
wollte Fragen ob mir jemand dieses Bild verkleinern kann, da sich mein PC immer aufhängt wenn ich es öffnen will >.<

Am besten währe die Größe 120 * 400 , und super wäre es, wenn ihr den Hintergrund auch noch gleich Blau/Schwarz färben würdet, halt das es aussieht wie hier bloß ohne den Regeneffekt
