du musst sie erst ziehen. aktiviere "view" -> "Rulers" (de: Ansicht -> Lineal (oder sowas in der art))
dann wähle das "Move-tool" (v) klicke auf das lineal an der seite, halt gedrückt und bewege den curser in das bild...
edit: da war fireball wohl schneller als ich und sogar mit korrektem deutsch
