das ist son teil, mit dem du malen kannst, im grunde nichts anderes als eine maus in stiftform löl (na ja fast jedenfall) ^^
und mit dem pentool, kannste das in etwa so wie HIER machen, nur eben, dass du dann die linien nicht so geschwungen sondern eher zackig machen müsstest, für einen ähnlichen effekt

auch wenn ich selbst keines davon habe, ist wacom immer eine sichere sache ^^
ich habe eines von genius, und najaaa... hat so ein paar sachen die mich nerven
