Idee finde ich gut, bloß ist mir alles zu dunkel. Mit etwas mehr Farbe/Kontrast dürfte das schon besser aussehen. Sonst würde ich die Schrift noch ändern. Diese Schnörkel mag ich nicht wirklich, eine schlichte Font wäre mir da lieber.
Insgesamt fürs erste aber sehr gut, finde ich

mit dem BG hast vollkommen recht... ist halt schwer den richtigen BG zu finden auf dem das ganze transparent aussieht und die lesbarkeit nicht einschränkt ... ich habs aber mal versucht ein bisschen heller zu machen und die Farbintensität hab ich auch ein wenig angeschraubt...
mit der schrift ok ist mir noch nicht aufgefallen fand eig beide schlicht ... hmm... werde mal gucken ob eine Lineare nicht doch besser kommt
sonst noch irgentwer Kritik freue mich über jede Kritik
