Einfach mal nach "Photoshop slice tool" und "webspell anpassung" suchen und du wirst sicher was finden. Grundkentnisse in PHP reichen dazu völlig aus les dir einfach ein paar Tutorials durch dann is die sache schnell erledigt. Allerdings siet mir das nicht nach einem Clan design aus oO Warum willst du dann Webspell nehmen? Nehm doch nen richtiges CMS zb Typo3 oder scripte dir schnell was eigenes in php ist ja kein grosser aufwand bei der homepage.
Am besten du nimmst tabellen oder Divs und baust alles auf und in einen div oder <td> includest du dann module über die URL
so in etwa:

das muss da rein dann erstellst du dir module zb 1 für news 2 für About etc
und setzt dann die links auf blablub.de?id=1 bei home ?id=2 bei About etc und die zahl die bei id=x steht wird dann included.
Bei fragen frag einfach ^^ So ist es aber sehr einfach und sollte Funktionieren.
