Die "Stars" stören an manchen Stellen und sind einfach zu viele, wie zum Beispiel auf der Brust in s/w-Bereich oder oben an der Hand, also der Lichtquelle.
Ansonsten coole Idee mit dem Übergang zu s/w, aber mir fehlen da noch ein paar Details, die das ganze anschaulicher machen
