Probiere mal Datei - Für Web und Geräte speichern - JPEG 100% Qualität.
Zum Design: irgendwie wirkt es fad, eventuell liegt es an den Farben. Effekte hast du auch nicht viele dabei. Die Spiegelungen gefallen mir garnicht. Der Header wirkt ein wenig leer. Der Contentbereich gefällt mir ziemlich gut, doch den Footer könntest du besser hinbekommen.
