Die erste finde ich gar nicht so schlecht, wobei sie mir dennoch etwas zu hell ist. Auch würde ich die Schrift raus nehmen und diese blauen Striche oder Balken.. Ansonsten ganz nice.
Bei der zweiten, will mir der Background nicht so gefallen, Einarbeitung könnte auch etwas besser sein und ganz rechts dieser Balken stört, den würde ich raus nehmen.
