mit after effects gehts, und mit dem komischen konverter ding von adobe
(adobme media converter, war bei meiner production suite dabei ..) ging es seeehhhr leicht

zeugs einstellen das du willst und dann
sollte untendran ein "filters" gaussian blur stehen da drauf klicken und einstellen was du willst
