das meiste schaut aus wie eine einfach textur ..
bei google rumsuchen vlt findest was schickes
und dann mit schwarzem pinsel bisle drübermahlen das was dunel werden soll und mit den ebenenoptionen spielen (weiches/hartes licht sind vermutlich die besten dafür)
