Heute stand ich auf wollte ins Internet !
Da kam ich nicht rein ich rief sofort Arcor an :
Die erzählten mir das inte für 5 Tage schlapp macht !
Ob nur Arcor oder T-Online , das war eine Lüge T-online geht noch !
Jetzt Merk ich soagr das mein telefon nicht geht ...
Ist das normal 5 Tage kein internet & kein Telefon ?
Und dann lüen die mich auch noch an ?
Is mal wieder typisch Arcor.
Einfach so den Saft abdrehen dürfen die eigentlich nicht, die hätten dir wenigstens per Post bescheidsagen können.
Naja wie stOrm schon sagte, Arcor is kacke^^
Ich sag nur die Geschichte mit You.... und so
Überteuert isses auch.
T-Online is (bis auf den behin**** Support) einfach am besten
Naja auch wenn man ne halbe Stunde wartet hat man da meist nur Vollpfosten dran^^
Die leiten einen dann immernoch zu 10 anderen Kollegen weiter, bis dann mal jemand weiß worum es überhaupt geht.
Mir persönlich haben die noch nie wirklich geholfen^^
