ich versteh die gründe nicht...
vor allem weil es youtube und megaupload uä schon seit ewigkeiten gibt
und es schon genügend fälle gab, wo man versuchte solche seiten zu sperren
weil die hoster einfach mal nicht instant kontrollieren können was geuploaded wird bzw es auch teilweise nicht nachvollziehen können (pw gesperrte rar files oä)
ist natürlich einfacher die komplette site und traffic zu blocken als gegen das wirkliche problem vorzugehen
bloß wie dagegen vorgehen? is halt kein einfaches thema. man kann ja auch net jeden upload einzeln kontrollieren, dafür wäre der aufwand sicher viel zu gigantisch
wenn das wirklich durch kommt (was ich bezweifel) wird es nicht lange dauern bis sich das auch in anderen ländern durchsetzt...
