Wäre vielleicht übersichtlicher, wenn du die Navigation links platzierts und sie vertikal ausrichtest, dann könntest du noch die einzelnen Unterpunkte mit reinbringen.
Moah, was soll ich da noch sagen? Sieht echt meeega praktisch aus.
Punkto Kontrast schliess ich mich Balioo an, aber die Navi im Header finde ich recht praktisch.
Genau das macht's für mich auch angenehmer, als wenn da links alles voll mit links zugepflastert ist.

Der Kontrast wirkt wirklich etwas zu gering, im Original ist das aber nicht so.
